• I can't find a record by searching.

  Try the barcode or the catalog number printed on the spine, the back cover or the label. If Discogs doesn't know it, enter it by hand from the "Add" screen.

• Someone I invited can't see the collection.

  They need to join your circle: in the app, More → The circle → Invite someone, and send them the link. For now an account belongs to one circle only: someone already in another circle can't accept the invitation. Being in more than one circle is on the roadmap.

• I lost my password.

  From the sign-in screen, "I forgot my password": you get an e-mail with a link valid for one hour. If you sign in with Google you don't need a password: tap "Continue with Google".

• I want to change my e-mail or how I sign in.

  Your photo or initial at the top right → My account. Under "Sign-in methods" you link or unlink Google and set or change your password: you always need at least one. There you also change your e-mail, with a confirmation link sent to the new address; if you sign in with Google only, your e-mail is the one of your Google account. For safety we ask for your password, or to confirm with Google.

• I want my data.

  More → Export: the whole collection in one complete file, the collection as a CSV in Discogs format, or your wishes as a CSV.

• Is Spinery free? The Curator too?

  Yes, with no ads and no tracking. The artificial-intelligence features, the Curator among them, are included, with a usage limit for each member of the circle: you can ask the Curator, for example, 10 questions a day. If you want to go further, you can use a key of your own, from the provider you choose. The Curator and AI: what is included, and what the provider sees.

• I've used up my questions to the Curator.

  They start again tomorrow. Add from a photo, the monthly summary and search help start again on the first of the month instead. If the circle as a whole has used the included features a lot, they stop until the first of the month. To carry on right away, add a key of your own: More → Settings → Your AI service. With your own key there are no limits of ours.

• I shared a record and want to close the page.

  More → Settings → Shares, then "Cancel" next to the record. Pages close by themselves after seven days anyway; previews already sent in chats stay there.

• The app asks me to update it.

  When a newer version is needed, Spinery stops until you update it: tap "Open the store" and update from Google Play. The collection on your phone and the changes waiting to be sent stay, and go out as soon as you open the app again.

• Is there an iPhone version?

  Not yet: for now Spinery is only for Android. The iPhone app is on the roadmap.

• I want to delete my account.

  Your photo or initial at the top right → My account → Delete the account, or the Delete your account page, even without the app.
