Delete your account

Enter the e-mail address of your account: we send you a link valid for one hour to confirm.

  • The account closes at once; your personal data is erased within 30 days, and from the backups within 60 days in all.
  • The collection stays with the members of your circle; if you are the last member, it is deleted with you.
  • If you own a circle with other members, first hand ownership to another member in the app.

The same address you use to sign in to the app.

You can do the same in the app: your photo or initial at the top right → My account → Delete the account.

To hand the circle to another member: More → The circle → Hand the circle to another member.
